MicroStrategy Announces $561 Million Increase in Bitcoin Holdings to 5,262 Coins

According to the SEC documents disclosed by MicroStrategy on Monday, the company acquired approximately 5,262 bitcoins for about $561 million between December 16 and December 22, with an average purchase price of approximately $106,662.

As of December 22, 2024, MicroStrategy and its subsidiaries hold a total of approximately 444,262 bitcoins, with a total cost of about $27.7 billion and an average purchase price of approximately $62,257.
