Ethereum Foundation Announces Global Ethereum 10th Anniversary Celebration

The Ethereum Foundation announced on Thursday that it will hold a global “Ethereum 10th Anniversary Celebration” on July 30 of this year to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the genesis block.

Ethereum will mark the 10th anniversary of the genesis block at 11:26:13 PM Taiwan time on July 30. On that day, the Ethereum Foundation will collaborate with the community to support a series of global gatherings, on-chain commemorative activities, and live broadcasts, collectively welcoming the next decade of Ethereum.

According to the announcement, the Ethereum 10th Anniversary Celebration will be organized and operated by the community itself. This can range from small gatherings celebrating with local Ethereum community members to larger events. Community organizers can apply to the Ethereum Foundation for a grant of up to $500 per event before June 15, funded through the organization’s Ecosystem Support Program.
