Binance Exchange has disclosed the list of its first appointed board of directors on its official website. According to the information on the website, the board consists of seven members, including Binance CEO Richard Teng and three other internal executives – Heina Chen, Jinkai He, and Lilai Wang. It also includes three external members, Gabriel Abed, Arnaud Ventura, and Xin Wang.

It is reported that Gabriel Abed was previously the ambassador of Barbados to the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, and he resigned from the ambassadorship two months ago. Arnaud Ventura is an entrepreneur who has founded several companies, including PlaNet Finance. Xin Wang is the CEO of Bayview Acquisition Corp., a blank check company that provides consulting for financial institution mergers and acquisitions.
