Strategy Announces Acquisition of 6,911 Bitcoins, Bringing Total Holdings to Over 500,000

As the cryptocurrency market experiences a significant rebound, the American software company Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) has once again announced its increased holdings in Bitcoin.

According to a statement released on Monday, the company purchased approximately 6,911 Bitcoins between March 17 and March 23, at a cost of about $584.1 million, with an average purchase price of around $84,529.

As of March 23, Strategy and its subsidiaries hold a total of 506,137 Bitcoins, with a total cost of approximately $33.7 billion and an average purchase price of about $66,608. Based on the current Bitcoin price of approximately $87,690, the total value of these Bitcoins is $44.38 billion.
