Musk: I Won't Devote Excessive Time Contemplating Cryptocurrencies

According to a report by The Block, Tesla CEO Elon Musk discussed the potential impact of Bitcoin on the financial system during an online dialogue on the X platform with Cathie Wood, CEO of Ark Invest, on Friday, the 22nd. Musk stated that he does not spend much time thinking about cryptocurrency-related issues, and can even say that he hardly thinks about such topics.

However, Musk admitted that he has been contemplating money and the nature of money for a long time. He said that he applies the theory of information systems to the issue of currency and views the monetary system as an information system. He stated:
