Acquisition of Moonbirds Development Team PROOF, but the specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed by the company. Yuga Labs wrote in a press release:
After the handover is completed, Kevin Rose, CEO and founder of PROOF, will transition to the company as a consultant. In addition to the PROOF team transitioning to Yuga, Jesse Bryan and Amanda Gadbow from PROOF will also jointly oversee the entire process of transitioning Moonbirds collectibles and other key elements to the Yuga ecosystem.
Affected by this news, the floor price of Moonbirds NFT surged past 1.8 ETH this morning.
