Sun Yuchen claims "lack of jurisdiction" to request court dismissal, SEC counters: "380 days in the US for pyramid scheme within 3 years!"

According to a previous report by Zombit, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit last month against Justin Sun, as well as the Tron Foundation, BitTorrent Foundation, and Rainberry (formerly known as BitTorrent) entities associated with him, for the illegal sale of Tron (TRX) and BitTorrent (BTT) tokens. In the document, the SEC describes these two tokens as “unregistered cryptographic asset securities”.
