Binance announced today that it will list the ZKsync (ZK) token at 16:00 on June 17th, Taiwan time, and is expected to open ZK token withdrawals at 16:00 on the 18th. In addition, in order to appease the community’s anger towards ZKsync, Binance has provided users with an additional token distribution plan.
According to the announcement, the “Binance ZK Token Distribution Plan” will take place from 10:00 on June 17th to 7:59 on July 17th. Binance will distribute 10,500,000 ZK tokens to a maximum of 52,500 Binance users who meet all of the following conditions:
– Users initiated at least 50 transactions through ZKSync Era between February 2023 and March 2024 (a total of 14 months), with the user being the “sender” address in the transactions.
– Traded in seven different months (between February 2023 and March 2024). Excluding self-transfers.
– The claiming address is not eligible for the official ZK Nation airdrop plan.
– The claiming address is not a contract/CEX/bridging address.
Claiming method: Eligible users must deposit at least 0.02 ETH from the ZKSync ERA network whitelist address provided in the announcement to Binance. The amount of ETH deposited will not affect the quantity of ZK tokens distributed.
Only ETH deposited directly from the four active ZKsync user whitelist addresses in the Binance announcement will be considered valid. Binance will use the ZKsync active user whitelist as a reference for distribution. ZK tokens will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to users who meet all the above conditions; Binance will distribute 200 ZK tokens to each Binance user ID (UID) (each UID can only be claimed once).
