Global cryptocurrency exchange platform CoinEx updated its asset reserve ratio on June 24, 2024 at 15:00 (UTC+8), fulfilling CoinEx’s commitment to enhancing transparency, security, and trust within the cryptocurrency community. CoinEx uses Merkle Tree as a data structure to encrypt user assets, allowing each user to verify whether their assets are included in the Merkle Tree to validate the data integrity and security of the asset reserves. According to the latest data released by CoinEx, the reserve ratio is 1:1, with an asset reserve ratio of 113.31% for CET, and reserve ratios exceeding 100% for major assets such as USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH. This means that for every $1 of asset deposited, CoinEx reserves at least an additional $1 to ensure sufficient funds to meet user withdrawal demands. Currently, CoinEx has reserves for CET, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and DOGE. CoinEx prioritizes the security of user assets and has maintained a 100% reserve ratio for seven consecutive years since 2017. This update reflects CoinEx’s determination to ensure the security of user funds and maintain a healthy investment environment.
