Blockchain infrastructure company Espresso Systems announced on Wednesday (7th) its collaboration with the Rollup-as-a-Service platform AltLayer team to jointly deploy the Arbitrum Orbit chain “Kyoto” integrated with Espresso’s fourth testnet Gibraltar.

Espresso stated that Kyoto is an Arbitrum Orbit testnet Rollup integrated with Espresso’s Sequencer, allowing users and application developers to test the network and experience the fast pre-confirmation provided by the Sequencer. Users who wish to submit test transactions can add the testnet to their wallets based on the information on the Kyoto webpage and cross-chain test Ether to Kyoto.
